Lord, make me an instrument of your peace: | where there is hatred, let me sow love; | where there is injury, pardon; | where there is doubt, faith; | where there is despair, hope; | where there is darkness, light; | where there is sadness, joy. | O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek | to be consoled as to console, | to be understood as to understand, | to be loved as to love. | For it is in giving that we receive, | it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, | and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
AmenMy Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.
AmenO my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven, and the pains of hell; but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, Who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace, to confess my sins, to do penance, and to amend my life.

In Christ the fullness of deity resides in bodily form. Yours is a share of this fullness. In baptism you were not only buried with him but also raised to life with him because you believed in the power of God who raised him from the dead.
